A) Introduction
This machine is introduction of German technology, and combining the characteristic of
beer production line to develop and design. It is a small scale that reliable and convenient. It also has prefect washing filling capping, and well tericidal action.
B) Structural features
1. The washing machine adopts high strength stainless steel spring clip in order to keep the glass bottles round steadily. The washing head is quincuncial, and it can wash the bottom of bottles and makes bottles more clear.
2. The filling machine adopts spring-loaded machine to hoisting plant
It adopts high precision filling valves, the liquid in the cylinder and the back pressure can be controlled by the variable signal. The filling is fast, stable and accurate.
3. Using stainless steel gland plunger and the mixing type magnetic cap unscrambler to ensure the sanitation and credibility. Hopper, cap getting , and the cap pressing are all transferred by magnet. The cap pressing is stable, it has self-unloading function to reduce the rate of the broken bottles.
4. In order to reduce the level oxygen to 0.15mg/L, it usesbubble-induced water device to change bottle neck air.
5. If the bottle broken ,the filling machine will close the valve. It has the function of broken bottle washing. The vent-pipe can wipe the foam out automatically.
6. It has perfect CIP cleaning function, which can wash the filling line with Acid-base fluid and hot water.
7. All the valve, jar and pipeline contacting the material are made of stainless steel N304. Inside and outside walls adopt mirror polish to ensure it is sanitary everywhere all the time.
8. The machine adopts manual grease lubricating system, which makes maintenance of equipment much easier.
9. The machine adopts advanced man-machine interface,PLC control, Stepless speed regulation control technology and etc.. It has many safety and protection functions. For example: It won’t open the valve or cap without a bottle. It would stop working when there is no cap.
