☆Frame
The main structural steel, 304 stainless steel exterior layer, 304 stainless steel frame, stainless steel with adjustable legs.
☆Conveyor system
Into-bottle system adopts the most advanced clean breeze device, the whole course with the same high bottleneck stuck device, as for out-bottle system, it adopts flat top chain conveyor so can be adjustable to accommodate different heights of the bottle.
Rotary washing part
The machine has 24 washing heads; hand-washing clamp adopts push-in type, not contact with screw of bottle cap, with reliable and high efficiency.
Plunger type for filling part
The machine has 24 filling heads for filling all kinds of sauces (like tomato sauce, chili sauce, with rice wine, capsules of orange, a variety of water jam, pulp, etc.), viscous material, high concentration and with pulp or grain beverages, and even pure liquid quantitative filling. It has Smooth operation, accurate filling, suitable for cold and hot filling. Piston and piston cylinder through cutting-edge technology special treatment, it works with the precision, durability. With material mixing system, three-point level control, frequency control, protection in-and-out of bottles, high-speed automatic adjustment, no bottles stop filling and many other self-control designs. The filling part adopts 304 high quality stainless steel to meet food hygiene requirements, and with aesthetic appearance.
Rotary capping part
There are 8 sets Capping Heads, screw cap machine is based on technology from France ALCOA Company, with magnetic screw cap, overload protection, and the screw cap is torque stable and reliable. No gnawing blocks cap, higher cap, crooked cap, curling phenomenon
☆Driving force part
Body parts movement adopts gear drive; it runs smooth, all bottle conveyor star wheel is from engineering plastics
☆Control system and operation panel
It has features: sealed electronic control box, 304 stainless steel, imported PLC, relays, photoelectric switch, sensor switch relay device, touch screen control panel, imported pneumatic components, etc.
☆Cap management system
It adopts Level Gaseous type, with no harm to caps. 304 stainless steel down cap tunnel and it works with ECO for caps, so when there are no caps the machine will automatic shutdown.
